AMF members and distinguished guests enjoyed a memorable cultural excursion through Hokkaido, experiencing the region’s rich heritage, scenic beauty, and renowned hospitality.
The journey began at OcciGabi Winery, where participants toured the vineyard and enjoyed a wine-tasting session featuring wines crafted by one of Japan’s pioneering winemakers. The group then visited Otaru, one of Hokkaido’s most iconic sightseeing destinations, known for its historic charm and picturesque waterfront.
The day continued at Okurayama Observation Lounge, where guests were treated to breathtaking panoramic views of Sapporo from 300 meters above sea level. The cultural tour concluded with a farewell dinner at Nouvelle Pousse Okurayama, providing an opportunity for reflection, appreciation, and fellowship among participants.
During the evening, remarks were delivered by Sadayoshi Fujishige, President of the Japan Marketing Association (JMA), followed by Jack Yao, President of the Asia Marketing Federation (AMF), and Hermawan Kartajaya, Founder of the Asia Marketing Federation. Their speeches celebrated the spirit of collaboration and the enduring relationships fostered throughout the AMF gathering in Hokkaido.
