AMF International Symposium

Organized in collaboration with the Asia Marketing Federation (AMF), this international symposium brought together marketing leaders and professionals from 19 countries under the theme, “Empathy, Creativity, and Technology: Redefining Marketing from Asia to the World.”

As the first in-person gathering in Japan in nearly five years, the symposium marked a significant milestone for regional collaboration and knowledge exchange. The event provided a platform for thought leaders to explore the evolving landscape of marketing in an era shaped by rapid technological advancements, particularly generative AI, while emphasizing the enduring importance of human qualities such as empathy, creativity, and sensitivity.

Through insightful discussions on Marketing 7.0, the relationship between AI and society, the convergence of creativity and technology, and the creation of locally inspired value with global impact, participants gained fresh perspectives on the future of marketing. By bridging theory and practice, as well as global and local viewpoints, the symposium reinforced Asia’s growing role in shaping the next generation of marketing innovation and excellence.
