A long-time member of the Horse community, CEO Kim delivered a lecture titled “Inheritance and Gift Solutions That Make Parents and Children Happy.” He emphasized the importance of basic tax literacy and advance planning, warning that failing to prepare could result in significant tax burdens later on.
Kim underscored that “a wise taxpayer makes early plans to reduce or avoid taxes related to inheritance and gifts.” He illustrated his points with real-world examples, including:
Gift tax exemptions for children living abroad
Tuition gift exemptions for grandchildren
Tax implications of loans between family members
To conclude the seminar, CEO Kim generously offered all attendees a free copy of his book, “Tax Care: Inheritance and Gift Solutions,” further supporting their understanding of the subject.

Reasoning AI,
Physical AI—represented by humanoid robots, and
Agent AI—the next-generation intelligent systems capable of autonomous action.
He delivered these concepts in a clear and approachable manner, making the content accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Kim also addressed the growing conversation around “deep-seeking” regulations, a topic gaining significant attention in the AI space. He emphasized how these regulatory frameworks could influence the development of optimized AI models tailored to the specific needs of various industries and companies. Looking ahead, he noted that full-scale AI advancement is expected to accelerate in the near future.
Following the seminar, participants gathered for a dinner with Vice President Kim at Ilhyang, a local Chinese restaurant, where the discussion continued informally, with attendees engaging in further Q&A.
